How do I get the condition data?

Echo records conditions for the entire journey and stores everything on the device. At destination, anyone can scan the QR code on the label or open a link you share. No app, no login, no pairing — just tap scan with Bluetooth enabled. The phone reads the device automatically and sends the data straight to your Suply dashboard.

Echo is not a cellular or satellite real-time tracker. It uses inexpensive, compact, disposable hardware together with AI that interprets vessel positions, port delays, milestones and voyage behaviour. This keeps hardware costs low while producing more meaningful context than many live devices can offer.

How often does Echo measure conditions?

Echo records every two minutes and can store up to six months of data. This covers all ocean and air shipments, including delays, transshipments and extended dwell times.

How is Echo different from traditional data loggers and thermographs?

Traditional loggers only provide a raw PDF or CSV with no explanation of where or when events occurred. Echo pairs temperature history with voyage behaviour, port delays and milestone intelligence, giving exporters a clear, defensible explanation instead of an isolated file. Retrieval is fully wireless and instant.

How accurate is the data?

Echo uses calibrated components designed for cold-chain applications. Readings are time-stamped, stored on the device and uploaded automatically, reducing manual handling errors and producing a reliable, audit-ready dataset.

Is Echo approved for air shipments?

Yes. Echo uses a non-DG silver oxide cell rather than a lithium battery. This means no special labels, declarations or restrictions when shipping by air.

What happens if we don't scan the Echo sensor?

Nothing stops working. You still get full journey visibility: vessel positions, milestones, delays, and AI-driven context. If no one scans it, it simply means the temperature history was not required for that shipment. If a concern comes up later, anyone can scan the device at any point in the chain of custody to upload the full condition dataset.
